Refunds & Returns
To protect both staff and customers, we are unable to accept returns of masks where the wrapping seal has been broken. As these masks cannot be safely offered for resale, they do not qualify for a refund. However, should you wish to return any products within 30 days of purchase, in its original UNOPENED packaging, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
For all other goods (excluding masks), we offer a 30 day money back or exchange of goods guarantee as long as the goods have NOT been used or worn and are returned in their original packaging. This guarantee applies both to faulty goods and where incorrect sizes have been ordered. Please ensure that you advise us whether you would like a refund or replacement when you return the goods to us and ensure you indicate the preferred size where relevant.
Items which are bought at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
